WHAT IS YOUR PRIVACY POLICY?

Euclid and Woodland does not sell or share the information you provide to us online with any outside company or third party.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?

Euclid and Woodland currently accepts PayPal, and credit cards.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?

Most items will ship out within 48-72 hours from the time you placed your order. However, order volume does vary, so please allow for 7-10 business days. We will contact you in the unlikely case that there is a delay in shipping. If you have any questions about an order, please email us at info@euclidandwoodland.com.

RETURN POLICY?

If you would like to return an item and it is not worn and contains the tags, please follow these instructions. Items may only be returned within 30 days of purchase. Player specific or time sensitive apparel may not be subject to returns.
  1. Ship to: Euclid and Woodland, 688 E 400 N, Madison, Indiana 47250.
  2. Include a small note with your email address, order number (or note if it was a gift) and if you are returning or exchanging. 
  3. If you are exchanging please note what shirt and size you would like to replace it with if you are exchanging and include $5 for to cover returning shipping. If the item was damaged or an incorrect order, we will take care of the shipping costs. 
  4. Then please email us at info@euclidandwoodland.com so we know to expect it. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I WANT IS NOT IN STOCK?

We will always make sure to indicate on the site if an item is available and in stock. In the unlikely case that you order a product that is not in stock we will notify you by email and you can decide whether to keep your order and wait for the item or cancel it. If there is an item not in stock and you're interested please let us know and we will do our best to get that item for you. 

HOW CAN I GET HELP?

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

In the rare instance your order should arrive damaged, you need to report the damage to Euclid and Woodland within 7 days of receipt of items.

Yes! Our owner/founder is a professional Graphic Designer, with over 14 years of experience. We offer a full range of design services including: custom t-shirt design, logo design, branding/corporate identity, illustrations, web design & more! We would be happy to talk with you in detail or you can email us your project ideas at nick@euclidandwoodland.com
